About Me

As someone who has lived with chronic fatigue for over 11 years, I understand the complexities of this condition from the inside out. My journey has equipped me with not just personal empathy, but also professional qualifications in life coaching and peer mentoring. With an academic background in brain, behaviour, and cognition and current research into coping mechanisms for chronically ill individuals, I bridge the gap between lived experience and evidence-based strategies. I’m here not just as a coach, but as a peer who truly gets it.


Sessions are priced on a sliding scale. During the initial consultation, we can discuss the fee you are able to afford. We operate based on trust; proof of income won’t be requested.

Standard Fee: £50 per hour

Low and Unwaged Fee: £35 to £49 per hour

  2. Discuss the Sliding Scale: During the consult, we’ll discuss our sliding scale pricing, which ranges from £35 to £50 per hour. This conversation will help us determine a rate that reflects your financial situation, ensuring our sessions are accessible and equitable.

  3. Frequency of Sessions: We’ll also talk about what you’re looking to achieve and how often you’d like to meet. Whether it’s weekly, monthly, or something else that suits your life and goals, we’ll tailor the frequency of our sessions to fit you.

  4. Booking Your Sessions: If we both feel that this is the right path for you, we’ll proceed to book your first session. This is where your journey of transformation and growth truly begins.

  5. Experience Dual Support: In our sessions, you’ll benefit from a unique combination of professional coaching and empathetic peer mentoring.
